By creating an account or using beerXP — in the app, on the website or at app.beerxp.com — you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use it

Only people over 18. By signing up, you declare that you are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages in Brazil and that the information you provide is true.

2. Responsible drinking

beerXP is a logging and discovery tool. We do not encourage excessive drinking: our gamification rewards variety, never quantity. Drink in moderation and never drive after drinking.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for everything that happens in your account. The account is personal and non-transferable. You can delete it whenever you want, in the app itself (see Delete my account).

4. Your content

Drink-ins, photos, ratings and comments remain yours. By publishing them, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license to display them within the service, according to the privacy settings you choose. This license ends when the content is deleted.

5. Community rules

  • No offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent or illegal content.
  • Do not post photos of other people without their permission, or of minors drinking alcohol.
  • Do not create fake accounts, spam or artificial drink-ins to inflate XP.
  • Do not try to access other people's data or interfere with how the service works.

Use the report and block tools in the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Information about beers and places

Data about beers, breweries and pubs comes from the community, public sources and artificial intelligence tools, and may contain inaccuracies. Ratings and reviews reflect users' opinions, not beerXP's.

7. Intellectual property

beerXP's brand, logo, design, emblems and software belong to us and are protected by law. Brewery trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and may have outages, changes or discontinued features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; relevant changes will be announced in the app in advance. Brazilian law applies, including the Consumer Defense Code. The service is developed and maintained by Gustavo Baptista. Contact: suporte@beerxp.com.

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
